TradeBotStack is software-only. We do not custody funds or provide advice. Review responsibilities, risks, and limitations before using the service.
Introduction and acceptance
- These Terms govern your access to and use of TradeBotStack.
- By accessing the site, creating an account, subscribing, connecting an exchange, or deploying a bot, you accept these Terms in full.
- If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Software-only service — no financial role
- TradeBotStack is SaaS automation for third-party exchanges.
- We are not a broker, dealer, investment advisor, financial advisor, or fiduciary.
- We do not manage funds, execute trades on your behalf, or provide recommendations.
- We never take custody, hold user funds, move funds off exchanges, or control trading accounts.
No advisory or fiduciary relationship
- Nothing on TradeBotStack is investment, financial, or trading advice.
- Strategy labels, defaults, presets, documentation, examples, UI language, and support are not personalized recommendations.
Strategies, profiles, and presets
- Trend, Breakout, Sentiment strategies; Conservative, Moderate, Aggressive, Advanced profiles; defaults and examples are informational only.
- Labels do not imply safety, suitability, lower risk, capital preservation, or profit probability. A “Conservative” profile can still result in total loss.
User control and responsibility
- You are solely responsible for strategy selection, parameter choices, enabling/disabling bots, and monitoring execution.
- TradeBotStack bears no responsibility for strategy selection, parameter interactions, market behavior, or outcomes.
Automated trading risks
- Automated systems can trade rapidly/continuously, amplify losses, fail unexpectedly, and behave unpredictably.
- Not liable for over-trading, liquidation events, missed entries/exits, slippage, latency, exchange downtime, or API changes.
Third-party exchanges
- We do not control exchanges, guarantee execution, monitor solvency, or insure funds.
- All exchange risk is yours.
Subscriptions and payments
- Subscriptions grant access to software features only; not advisory fees; not performance-based; no guarantee of results.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, not liable for trading losses, loss of capital, lost profits, indirect/consequential damages, strategy failure, software defects, or exchange failures.
- Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
Governing law
- Jurisdiction: Global.
